We know that picking the right high chair for your little one is an important choice. We’re confident you’ll fall in love with our high chair once you try it. That’s why we offer a free 30-day trial, giving you the freedom to test it as often as you like.

Not quite what you expected? No problem. As long as the high chair is still in good condition (you can try it, just make sure it stays clean), you’re welcome to return it. Simply contact us within 30 days and we’ll refund your purchase.

Need to return it? Here’s what to do:

Returns within the EU are free of charge. To initiate a return, please send us an email at hello@norstol.com with your order number and the email address associated with your purchase.

Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label. A DPD courier will then collect the package directly from your address at a convenient time. Please make sure to remove any old addresses or barcodes before handing over the package.

Please note: Returns are accepted only if the product is still in good condition – feel free to test it, but keep it clean!
